9GameGrid is a free online tool that allows users to create 3x3 grids of video games and generate shareable image cards. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to generate cards at scale without permission
  • Create cards that infringe on the rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

Game titles, cover art, and metadata are the property of their respective owners and are provided via IGDB.com. 9GameGrid does not claim ownership of any game content. The 9GameGrid name, logo, and card template design are property of 9GameGrid.

5. Generated Content

You retain the right to share and use cards you create. 9GameGrid may display aggregated, anonymized data such as most-picked games and year ranges for leaderboard purposes.

6. Availability

We strive to keep 9GameGrid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

9GameGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
